How do you price custom software?
Per phase against a scope you approve, with a stated day rate where the scope cannot honestly be fixed in advance. The first release is scoped before any build begins.
Can you improve an existing application?
Often, yes. We review the current system and either continue it or recommend a staged replacement if the foundation makes changes too risky.
