These terms apply to your use of the Grapekings website and to enquiries made through it. Project work is governed by a separate written scope or agreement.

Using this website
The content on this website is provided for general information about Grapekings and its services. You may view and use the site for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit malicious code, or use the site in a way that harms others.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. They are starting prices based on the package inclusions described. They are not a fixed offer for a specific project.
A project only becomes binding when both parties agree to a written scope that sets out the deliverables, timing, price and payment terms. Any estimate given before that scope is indicative only. Additional work outside an agreed scope is quoted and approved before it begins.
Concept work
The projects shown on the Our Work page are self-initiated concept projects created by Grapekings to demonstrate design and engineering capability. They are not client engagements, endorsements or measured commercial results. The businesses, interfaces and figures shown within them are illustrative.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, layout, graphics, code and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Grapekings and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.
Ownership of project deliverables is governed by the written agreement for that project. Where an agreement provides for handover, the agreed source, content and accounts are transferred to the client on completion of payment.

This website may link to third-party sites or use third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Links do not imply endorsement.
Availability and accuracy
